Real justice is barely distributed even though there are strict laws such as the Criminal Law Amendment Act 2013. The rich and powerful use their money and political power to cover crime and intimidate the victims and bend the law to their wishes. The victims do not get to report many rape cases due to the fear of harassment by the society and the police.
